We are currently developing a small-scale housing community in Tulsa focused on meeting the needs of single-person households.
This project includes:
- 13 thoughtfully designed homes on a single site
- Efficient, 1-bedroom units
- A focus on long-term affordability and sustainability
- A layout designed to support a sense of community
This development is designed to create housing that is practical, high-quality, and built to support long-term stability.
The goal is to create a model that can be replicated across Tulsa to help address the growing need for right-sized housing.
